Primary Teacher 



We are looking for a cheerful and dynamic primary school teacher that is eager to work with all year groups. The candidate will need to prepare and develop schemes of work and lesson plans inline with curriculum objectives, facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, keeping learning resources organized and creating a positive learning environment in the classroom.
The candidate must work to develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability, and aptitude.
You will assess, record progress and link pupils' knowledge to earlier learning, develop ways to encourage it further, challenging, and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

In detail, the candidate will be:

  • teaching all areas of the primary curriculum

  • taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary-age pupils

  • organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment

  • planning, preparing, and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class

  • motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation

  • maintaining discipline

  • preparing and marking work to facilitate positive pupil development

  • meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development

  • providing feedback to parents and careers on a pupil's progress at parents' meetings

  • coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum and supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area

  • working with others to plan and coordinate work

  • keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum

  • organizing and taking part in school events, outings, and activities.

  • liaising with colleagues and working flexibly.

Qualifications Required

  • Qualified Primary Teacher recognized by the Ministry of Education

  • Excellent command of English (Greek helpful but not required)

  • Excellent behavior management skills for young children

  • Experience with students with minimal English language skills

Pre-Primary Teacher




  • Design a didactic and creative program specialized for preschool children

  • Use a variety of different educational techniques (for example storytelling, playing games, media presentations etc.) to teach children

  • Look after each child and help them build social competencies and self-esteem

  • Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information

  • Evaluates students' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports

Qualifications Required

  • Qualified Pre-Primary Teacher recognized by the Ministry of Education

  • Excellent command of English (Greek helpful but not required)

  • Excellent behavior management skills for young children

  • Experience with students with minimal English language skills

  • Very good knowledge of child development 

  • Additional teaching and/or educational license/certificate will be considered as an advantage

Special Education Needs Coordinator (S.E.N.C.O)



We are seeking a suitably qualified and enthusiastic person to join our dynamic Team. The candidate should put our children at the heart of everything they do and be capable of initiating and developing effective strategies that enable our SEN pupils to thrive, achieve well and enjoy learning.


  • Carry out assessments of pupils with SEN to identify needs and monitor progress - including observations in the classroom and meeting with teachers and parents

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the SEN strategy and policy

  • Work with classroom teachers, the leadership team, parents, and relevant external agencies to develop, implement and monitor individual support/learning plans

  • Provide regular updates on pupil progress through written reports and meetings with parents

  • Make referrals and liaise with the facilitators and teachers. 

  • Provide advice, guidance, and training to classroom teachers on supporting pupils with SEN

  • Support teachers to develop schemes of work and learning programs for pupils with SEN

  • Support teachers to develop and implement effective teaching and behavior management approaches in the classroom

  • Manage and advise on the budget and resources for SEN provision

  • Develop and maintain systems for keeping pupil records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date

  • Analyze local and national data and develop appropriate strategies and interventions

  • Manage SEN teachers, teaching assistants and support staff to improve pupil progress and attainment

  • Keep up to date with national and local policies related to SEN and cascade information to colleagues.

Qualifications Required

  • Qualified Teacher of Special Education recognized by the Ministry of Education 

  • Have recent experience in a similar role.

  • Have a thorough understanding of the new SEN Code of Practice and practical experience of teaching pupils with specific SEN issues

  • Passionate about teaching and working with children with SEN

  • Excellent command of English (Greek helpful but not required)

  • Experience with students with minimal English language skills
